Hydrostatic Level Transmitters

The NIVOPRESS N Hydrostatic Level Transmitter available from S&S Middle East is designed for the accurate measurement of clean or contaminated liquids in boreholes, wells, reservoirs, tanks and wastewater applications.

The submersible sensor measures the hydrostatic pressure created by the liquid column above it. A breathing capillary provides atmospheric pressure compensation, while an integrated moisture filter protects the electronics and maintains measurement accuracy.

Combined level and liquid temperature measurement is also available. For sewage and contaminated-liquid applications, optional adapters prevent direct contact between the medium and the sensor. The NZ screw-in version also incorporates a mechanical filter and is recommended where there is a risk of flooding.

N-500 variants are available for hazardous-area applications, while the corrosion-resistant NB and NG plastic-housing models are suitable for aggressive liquids, including saline solutions and seawater. A comprehensive range of installation and wiring accessories allows each transmitter to be configured to suit the specific project requirements.
